Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo-Scientific APEX UPGRADE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRP7U20221 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRF7U4011 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BA100FFWT533MC by Manufacturer Sanyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand C200HPFB21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bosch such as BTV20 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C2000MR made by Omron as well as the popular C28HC6DRDE original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CL6003X1 by Fisher-Rosemount and BTV20 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C200HWPD024C200HWPD024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
